1/ Download the package from themeforest.net (The file is in zip format)

2/ Extract the file you've just downloaded (Don't forget this step).

3/ Find this file: ella-x.x.x-sections-ready.zip in the folder Ella Sections Ready x.x.x, then you just need to upload ella-x.x.x-sections-ready.zip file to your Shopify store.

- If you would like to use Ella RTL version. Please find this file: ella-x.x.x-sections-ready-rtl.zip in the folder Ella Sections Ready x.x.x RTL, then you just need to upload ella-x.x.x-sections-ready-rtl.zip file to your Shopify store

- If you want to install child theme, please go to the corresponding theme folder

  • Create a staff account for us (with Themes permission and Settings permission) http://docs.shopify.com/manual/settings/account/staff-members
  • Capture screenshot or video for the issue you get.
  • Specify which template and version you are using.
  • Describe clearly how to reproduce the issue.

Color Acknowledgement

All wigs are made of 100% raw vietnamese single donner hair with 3-4 bundles unless under 18”. Please acknowledge that creating custom colored wigs requires the hair to be chemically altered by our personal coloring process using professional grade chemicals and supplies. Similar to dying our natural hair, the colors will fade over time and need to be washed with color safe products. We are not responsible for colors on wigs fading over time. Please understand photos can display color and tone differently depending on the lighting. Wearing your unit styled will display your custom color the best..

Shipping Method

We use UPS to ship out all orders after processing time. A signature is required for your package. Please make sure to input accurate shipping information and contact information for an easy, successful shipment. Once UPS has possession of your parcel, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during shipment nor are we responsible for any lost/stolen packages. All packages shipped are covered with shipping insurance.

Payment Terms

AIt is important to know that we cannot process your order unless the billing address matches the shipping address. We accept all major credit cards. Any orders flagged as high risk will be required to send a copy of their ID to confirm the purchase before the processing time begins. When you place your order online, your card will be charged immediately. Please note we have strict inventory tracking. Any credit card and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
