With this being a small business all wig orders require the Gluluxe order verification form to be filled out within 24 hours of placing an order. Your order will not be shipped until this form is complete. This form will be sent via email immediately after you place your order. If you don't receive the email or your email needs to be changed please email contact@gluluxe.com or you can fill it out by clicking HERE. Failure to fill out this form within 24 hours will result in your order being canceled
Pre-order wigs: 10–14 business days
Ready to ship wigs: 2–3 business days
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Overnight shipping starts only after processing is complete, not from the order date.
U.S. orders: 4–7 business days (UPS or USPS)
International orders: 7–10 business days
All orders require a signature upon delivery and include shipping insurance.
Tracking details are sent by email once shipped. Please allow up to 48 business hours for tracking to update.
The billing address must match the shipping address for security purposes.
An Order Verification Form must be completed before fulfillment (found at the top of our website under store policies).
Once USPS/UPS receives your package, Gluluxe is not responsible for delays, damage, or lost/stolen parcels.
All packages are insured for your protection - please contact the carrier directly if an issue occurs.
All wig orders are final sale. Because each unit is custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed.
Refunds are only issued in rare cases if Gluluxe makes an error (e.g., the wrong product was shipped).If you received your order and it contains the wrong or missing item please contact us immediately via email at contact@gluluxe.com. Include the following: Customers name, order number, description of the problem, photo proof of wrong or missing item.
Wig color differences caused by lighting (natural, white, or warm) are not considered defects.
If we approve a return due to an error on our part, Gluluxe will cover the return shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and head measurements before ordering.
Instant downloads (such as tutorials or guides) are also non-refundable.
For pre orders and custom made units, please be sure that you are measuring your head correctly before purchasing a unit. Ensure that your braids are FLAT and small enough to get an accurate measurement. I WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY WRONG MEASUREMENTS PROVIDED! There is a possibility the colors of wigs will not be EXACTLY like the picture but I do get colors as close as possible. Especially with colors such as highlights as they aren't always identical. Lighting does play a huge role and can also alter the way the custom color may look. Nonetheless, I do strive to recreate each unit as closely as possible!
